Kirsten is getting used to sleeping with a mosquito net her first night in Rwanda

Great first day.... we were able to join our friends at their church (despite getting used to the 7 hr time change). What a great service.... listened to testimonies from people with a simple yet a passionate faith which was so inspiring considering they have so little in comparison to the western world... very inspiring & humbling.  Of course over-consumed by the conversation I forgot to get pictures :(

We later visited the place that was once an orphanage in Kigali (a place very special to us). It is now a shelter for very young women & their children. The kids were so sweet. The even sang a cheer for us!
